1. Custom-Made Items & Orders (訂製商品與訂單規則)

• All JULIEWORKSHOP creations are Made-to-order. Once payment is confirmed, you have a 24-hour window to modify or cancel your order.

• Beyond 24 hours, the production process begins, and we are unable to accept any cancellations, modifications, or refunds.

• 本品牌作品均為依訂單手工製作。付款完成後 24 小時內可聯繫修改或取消訂單；超過 24 小時因已進入製作程序，恕不接受任何修改或退費。

2. Returns & Exchanges (退換貨政策)

• According to the "Consumer Protection Act," personalized or made-to-order products are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period unless there is a significant defect.

• We do not accept returns due to measurement errors, personal preference, or man-made damage.

• 依據消費者保護法，客製化給付商品不適用於七天鑑賞期。除商品本身瑕疵外，恕不接受因測量失誤、個人因素或人為損害之退換貨。

3. Defects & Disputes (瑕疵與爭議處理)

• Natural gemstones and handcrafted metals will have unique variations (textures, inclusions, and tool marks), which are hallmarks of artistry and not considered defects.

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will respond and provide a solution within 3 business days.

• 天然寶石與手工金工具有獨特紋理與手作痕跡，不屬於瑕疵範圍。若收到商品有瑕疵損壞，請於 3 日內拍照與我們聯繫，我們將於 3 個工作日內給予回應。
